Helen Adams Realty Celebrates New Fort Mill Location

Helen Adams Realty celebrated the grand opening of their new standalone office in Fort Mill, S.C. on Tuesday, September 19. The grand opening comes nearly five years after the firm opened and began leasing its former Fort Mill location in December 2018. 

“When we opened the Fort Mill office in 2018, the area had already seen tremendous growth. The years since have been no different and we are excited to further our investment here with a state-of-the-art building in Springfield Town Center,” said Jeff Adams, President. 

Designed by Progressive AE and built by Leitner Construction, the new building boasts two conference rooms, comfortable seating areas, a large, open workspace with lofted ceilings, and private workspaces. The outdoor area, complete with temperature control, allows the space to be used for events and meetings year-round. The design of the space considered both the need of the office’s current roster, but also the growth of the company and its future in Fort Mill and Charlotte.

Aside from Helen Adams Realty staff and agents, members of the Fort Mill community attended the event as well. Colleagues in the real estate industry and neighbors in Fort Mill joined the celebrations and ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by champagne, hors d'oeuvres, and an evening of mingling.
