Helen Adams Realty Maximizes Seller Profits and Buyer Wishes

Helen Adams Realty launched its HOMEsolutions platform in early 2022 with the goal of simplifying and providing expanded options for the buying and selling process. One notable aspect of the platform is the Market Ready program, which has been well-received by the firm’s clients and agents alike.

The Market Ready program was created to address two key client concerns: for sellers, getting the highest possible price for their home, and for buyers, purchasing a home that is updated and move-in ready. The program achieves this by allowing the firm’s seller clients to make hassle-free home upgrades prior to listing, knowing that homes in “parade ready” condition result in faster sales at higher prices. Helen Adams Realty provides up to $30,000 per client, with zero interest or fees, to fund upfront improvements, repairs, and renovations. 

How does Market Ready benefit the buyer? In this market, buyers are spending more money than ever to acquire homes. Most prefer not to buy and then have to make repairs and fixes when they move in. Purchasing a Market Ready home means they can avoid that hassle and enjoy their home immediately.

Their listing agent will “quarterback” the entire process: sourcing vendors, handling appointments, processing and delivering payment, and more. By utilizing this program, the seller is able to realize higher profits and simply pay Helen Adams Realty back from their net proceeds at closing. 

Since the Market Ready program launched in April 2022, Helen Adams Realty has worked with more than fifty homeowners and deployed more than $520,000 in capital on improvement projects. The firm has completed a wide variety of projects, including bathroom remodels, kitchen cabinetry paint, interior/exterior painting, hardwood floor refinishing, carpet replacement, wood rot repair, crawlspace work, HVAC replacement, and even landscaping.
