Relax – "Stress lines" Have you heard this phrase? All of your stress and worries show on our face. By taking the time to relax, the younger your face could look.
Medical Check-up – Just like a car, our body also needs attention and care so it can work well
Active Life – Always try to be active during your life, even if it is an evening stroll. Activities can increase health; and if you are in your elder age, your memory will increase too.
Social Life – Taking personal time is important to increase our spirit, bring peaceful mind, and make us feel and look younger. Communication with our friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, and others can bring happiness to us.
Food – Eating healthy and natural food
Sleep – Throw out the need for 6-8 hours of sleep. Tune your body to sleep for however long it needs to sleep. Having a quality, restful sleep is important because the growth hormone is working to renew the old cells of your body, including the skin cells. Enough sleep for your body will make you look fresh.
Exercise – Through routine exercise, we will feel happier, energetic, and confident. It also increases our bone density and muscle which can make our body look 15-20 years younger.
